My path to women’s health and wellness has been shaped by a diverse range of experiences. For the past decade, I’ve worked as a firefighter, a role that has honed my physical strength and mental resilience. This demanding career ignited my passion for fitness, leading me to become a Level 2 CrossFit coach. Over the last 8 years, I’ve guided countless individuals in their fitness journeys, continuously learning and evolving in the realm of physical training.
My passion for fitness naturally extended to nutrition. As a certified nutrition coach for the past 6 years, I’ve helped clients understand the profound impact of their diet on health, performance, and overall well-being. My approach is practical and focused on nourishing the body effectively, especially during critical phases such as shift work, sports, pregnancy, and postpartum.
As a new mom, I’ve experienced firsthand the unique challenges and joys of maintaining a healthy diet while supporting both my baby’s and my own health, particularly during breastfeeding. Balancing the demands of motherhood with a commitment to health has given me valuable insights into eating well while navigating a busy lifestyle.

I always felt like I was eating "healthy" but wasn't seeing the results I desperately wanted. So, I decided to hire a nutrition coach. My nutrition coach introduced me to “Flexible Dieting”. To my surprise, he told me I could eat almost anything I wanted as long as I was eating the right macro amounts (protein, carbs, and fats). Suddenly, I started losing body fat and getting the body composition I always wanted. I realized that I wasn't deprived of any food and therefore was able to sustain this approach for years.
After a couple of years, I learned what worked best for my body through different stages of life. Although macro tracking wasn't something I would do forever, it provided me with the data I needed to make it automatic. Investing in a coach gave me the confidence and guidance I needed. I realized that coaches bring consistency, guidance, and accountability. Random programs and nutrition plans yield random results, but a tailored approach brings lasting success. Which is why I encourage you to invest in yourself.
