" Working with Jenn made me feel like I was in control over my body by having a goal, being given the appropriate tools to reach my goal and then being held accountable for my actions relating to my goal. I realized that though I was eating healthily I was overeating this or underrating that and by making some small tweaks in an organized way I was able to make my food work better for my body. I started feeling more energetic and stronger during my workouts from getting more carbs and protein than my body had been used to for quite a while but also watching the number on the scale go down. Within the first month people started telling me they saw a difference in how I looked. In total I lost 6.5 lbs which was cool because it was just the excess I was holding onto keeping me from buttoning up my pants “just right” and gave me a less bloated feel. " Jenn has completely re-worked my entire thinking and relationship with food, and which foods i prioritize. I used to think eating lots of fruits and vegetables would keep me on track but she has shown and educated me it is actually protein (fruits and veggies still important). I've been able to hit my goals and beyond thanks to Jenn. I've been working with her for almost 5 months now and each month I continue to learn something new and become better.
